I have the opportunity to work with Mr.Alex Count in CARE-Bangladesh where he ( Alex) was Operations Coordinator of Integrated Food For development Program ( USAID funded Project of CARE-Bangladesh). I was fortunate to filled up his position in CARE -Bangladesh in 1997 just after his departure for a very good move in Grameen Foundation. I was also fortunate that in a mid night I called up Alex to attend a telephone call fro USA and he attended just after awakes in the midnight in CARE-Bangladesh staff house in Dhanmondi, Dhaka,Bangladesh. After couple of days Alex told me that he is moving to USA in Grammen Foundation as a chief Operating officer and he will keep me in memory in future. I don’t know whether Alex remember me or not?

But I admire him for three qualities i.e. a Real Hard Worker ( worked hard not alone but able to motivate his Team members to work hard), Exceptional Team Leader ( ability to think for other team members and could control his high speed for a while facilitate others team members for having a breathing period), Enthusiastic and alternate thinkers for modify the plan based on lessons learn i.e. fine tune to touch the factor of success where authoritarian leaders never change his decision until death. I am confidant that AIF will be benefited by Alex Counts dynamic leadership.

CONGRATULATIONS IN YOUR LADDER OF SUCCESS. GO AHEAD ALEX , MY BEST WISHES FOR YOU.

    With kind Regards.

    Sincerely,
    HABIB
