Along with the basic education, the college nurtured his entrepreneurial spirit, the devastation that occurred in Haiti shook him completely and he started to work on his end to support the victims. He took a detour from usual financial and marketing mindset of student herd by submitting his thesis on *Procurement and Utilization of funds for NGO'S and risk involved in it.* The research project was a part of his ongoing quest to start his organization. After 30 months he started TYCIA FOUNDATION, which presently runs two projects successfully in Bagdola Village and Pochanpur Village, Delhi where at present more than 100 kids are getting quality education. To learn the practicality of Development sector in India he also pursued Master of Social work from IGNOU, New Delhi and Post Graduate Diploma in NGO Management from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.
