Highlights: Henna is a social impact professional with a background in Information Technology. After completing her engineering graduation, she began her career in the tech sector, where she worked for two years before transitioning into the social development space through a fellowship. During her fellowship, she led initiatives on digital empowerment, financial inclusion, and women’s entrepreneurship, in Salem district, Tamil Nadu. She later worked on strategizing and managing the operations of a pilot project focusing on public health and entrepreneurship, aiming to enhance rural livelihoods in Tamil Nadu. Henna is passionate about grassroots innovation, community development and systems thinking to drive inclusive and sustainable development.
