Highlights: Rachel worked as an editor for seven years with stints at two national dailies, a financial wire agency, and a credit-rating company, before walking away to pursue her interests in academics and the social sector. She has just finished two scintillating years doing a Masters in Development, with a specialization in Law and Governance, from the Azim Premji University, and feels revved up for the adventures that the AIF Clinton Fellowship will throw her way. She firmly believes that every person should have the opportunities to be healthy, and live with dignity and up to her or his full potential, in a manner that is natural, just, and celebratory of differ- ences. She hopes that her work as a Clinton Fellow would enable her to reach out, serve and empower the most in need.
