Highlights: Presently, Razesh is the co-founder & director and leading ‘Revisiting Schooling’, an Education start-up based out of Alwar, Rajasthan that specializes in content development, teachers’ training, program design, research & evaluation and also different consultancy assignments. Razesh has worked in the development sector for more than 14 years in education domain in various capacities such as a teacher, teachers’ trainer, researcher, program head, and consultant. He has worked with the eminent organizations in education domain such as – Bodh Shiksha Samiti, Azim Premji Foundation, Tata Steel Ltd-CSR, STIR Education, Aide-et-Action South Asia. Razesh’s areas of expertise are program implementation, research, teachers’ training, pedagogy of language, early literacy, assessment tool development, philosophy of education. He has published various research papers and articles at national and international level. Razesh was a Ford Foundation International Fellow (2007-09), and holds a master's degree in ‘International Education and Development’ from University of Sussex, UK. A passionate world cinema lover, he ensures that he takes time out to watch movies and is also associated with theatre groups for whom he has scripted and adapted plays.
