Highlights: Tabish Bilal has more than a decade of experience across nonprofit leadership, youth leadership development, criminal justice reform, and US-India philanthropy. He is the CEO of TYCIA (Turn Your Concern Into Action) Foundation, a 15-year-old organization working across four states in India, which he has led since 2026 after leading program management and finance functions at the organization for years prior. Tabish also works at the intersection of American and Indian philanthropic capital. He co-designed and leads the Leadership Collective, an annual experiential leadership program that brings high school international students across different cities in India. Tabish began his own AIF fellowship journey as a Banyan Impact Fellow himself, placed with Atlas Corps at Northwestern University's Buffett Institute for Global Affairs. He is an Acumen India Fellow and part of TFI incubation program 2020. Tabish specializes in nonprofit governance, cross-border program design, mentorship and capacity building, and translating institutional and cultural context for leaders navigating India for the first time.
