Highlights: A student of psychology, Udayan loves understanding people and problems at a deep level. During his internship at Lady Hardinge Medical College he assisted with family therapy adopting a psycho-social approach towards mental health. Having taught children at an NGO in Delhi and coached teenagers at a 'Bridging the Gaps' youth camp, he is keen on developing communities and acquainting them with a gender sensitive way of being. Udayan's desire to work with gender equality and masculinities led him to volunteer at MenEngage Delhi, a global symposium. Playing and helping grow the sport of Ultimate Frisbee in the capital, Udayan was also the first captain of Delhi to steer his team to winners of a national tournament in 2015.
