She is a consultant at Paul Hamlyn Foundation working with marginalized communities for evaluating grant applications and ensuring project execution. Her expertise extends to areas, including education, health, nutrition, child rights, and mental health. She has also worked with organizations like Save the Children and Gramin Shiksha Kendra. This involved developing contextualized curriculums and conducting capacity-building workshops for educators. Previously, she worked at the Aga Khan Foundation, where she focused on improved access to early education, and facilitated multi-sectoral partnerships to enhance child well-being. She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Gramin Shiksha Kendra, working to improve rural education in Rajasthan.
