AIF Young Professionals – New York Young Professionals Chapter is the New York area youth chapter of AIF. With the goal of accelerating social and economic change in India, AIF-YP New York has focused on engaging and educating young professionals about the work AIF is doing in India. As a group, the AIF-YP New York organizes activities for young professionals in NYC. These activities include fundraisers, social mixers, cultural celebrations, and speaker series, providing a common arena to interact and exchange ideas. The core team meets every week to plan these activities. The AIF-YP New York Chapter also supports AIF – by building awareness of AIF and fundraising for AIF’s programs in India. Interested in working with other like-minded young professionals in the NYC area to raise awareness about a worthy cause? Join our Leadership Council (LC)! The leadership council is made up of young professionals who meet bi-weekly to organize various fundraising events and campaigns, such as intimate networking nights and our grand annual NYYP gala.
Being on the leadership council is a great way to meet motivated members of the community, build your leadership skills, and support the various initiatives of AIF!
