This year’s gala will showcase AIF’s Market Aligned Skills Training (MAST) program. Large scale livelihoods destruction, especially of migrant workers in India, makes this program even more urgent and important. AIF has quickly refocused MAST on rebuilding livelihoods for migrant workers and women in under-served geographies. We are leveraging technology more than ever before to create remote employment models.
