
Joshy Jose
Joshy Jose serves as the Director for the ‘Learning and Migration Program’ (LAMP). He brings over 26 years of work experience in program design, innovation, management, and measurement. His expertise ranges from working with children and youth living in hard-to-reach geographies, such as red light districts, leprosy-affected areas, border districts, and other vulnerable communities, to building learning systems, knowledge strategies, value-centered design, and life skills.
Prior to working with AIF, Joshy served as Senior Director of Program and Knowledge Strategies at Breakthrough India and as VP for Strategic Impact at the Charis India Care Foundation. He also worked as a technical advisor for the youth and adolescent vertical of ChildFund International.
