Kelsie Hoppes

Kelsie joined AIF as a Major Gifts Officer for the west coast in early 2023. She joins AIF with an extensive background in fundraising for human rights and social justice programs, having worked in development roles at non-profits including the Fund for Global Human Rights, the National Women’s Law Center, and She’s the First. Kelsie is passionate about resourcing locally-led interventions to support marginalized communities.

Kelsie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies from Middlebury College, where she spent time studying public health and women’s rights issues in Thailand, Laos, Kenya, and South Africa. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Women and Gender Studies at San Francisco State University.
