Parul Khandelwal is Director – Human Resources Officer at AIF’s India country office in Gurgaon. She holds a Masters in Human Resource Management, a Bachelors in Economics & Mathematics as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. Parul comes with 17+ years of rich experience in increasingly responsible roles within Human Resource management. Prior to joining AIF in 2022, Parul was heading the HR vertical at J-PAL South Asia as J-PAL’s 1st Associate Director – HR.
