Pooja Mishra Prahlad

Pooja is head of Americas Equity Structuring for Global Banking & Markets (GBM) – Public across derivatives and financing products and co-head of Global Equities Systematic Trading Strategies Product Development Structuring. She serves as co-chair of the Structured Investment Products Committee and is a member of the GBM – Public Client Index and Strategy Committee.

Prior to her current role, Pooja led the EMEA and Americas Equity Derivatives Structuring team. She joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in 2005 and was named managing director in 2015 and partner in 2022.

Pooja earned a BE in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
