Rohit Kapoor
Rohit Kapoor is Vice Chairman and CEO of EXL. He co-founded the company in 1999 and since then has held various roles, including CFO, President, and Chief Operating Officer. Rohit helped create a business model that is high growth, futuristic, sustainable and built on the premise of delivering tangible business impact to customers.
As a former business head at Deutsche Bank, Rohit led a marketing team that serviced clients in Europe, Middle East and the Indian Sub-continent. He also managed venture capital and private equity investments of several ultra- high net worth clients in startup companies both in the U.S. and Indian Information Security sectors. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Rohit worked with Bank of America where he led the Private Banking practice in the Northeast. He also previously managed a Corporate prorate business for the Bank in India.
Rohit currently sits on the Board of CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) and has been a board member since April 2011. Rohit is also the chairman of the BPM Council at NASSCOM. Since March 2014, Rohit has been a director of the New York Tri-State chapter of Pratham USA, a nonprofit organization. Rohit has recently joined the Board of Directors of the America India Foundation (AIF).
Rohit holds a B. Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
