Shraddha comes with a decade of experience in international programme management and institutional donor management working with UNDP, UNODC, UNICEF, World Bank, Governments, Donors, and think tanks in development settings such as Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Kenya Lebanon, Nepal, Philippines and Yemen. She has managed teams, programmes and strategic fundraising bringing focus, policy analysis, capacity development and innovative solutions to address programme and funding needs. In her last job, she contributed to strengthening UNICEF’s position as a partner of choice for children’s rights among donors by engaging with them across different countries, managing external relations and the overall partnership portfolio for Social Protection. She has a MSc in Public Policy and Management from University of London, SOAS, UK. She speaks French, English, Italian, Hindi, Dari and Farsi and other Indian languages.
